The prices on the web site does not reflect the prices in our retail store they may or may not
be the same, the pricing on the website reflects conditions like drop shipping, direct
shipping and handling charges and other factors that may cause the prices of the same item
to be lower or higher than our retail store and we do not guarantee the pricing to be the
same or even suggest that they are the same.
Ordering
All orders placed from the website will be processed within 24-48hrs if any item is out of
stock at the time of ordering the customer will be notified by e-mail and or by phone and a
replacement offered and the price will be adjusted accordingly on the approval of the
customer or a refund will be issued immediately.
We accept all Visa, MasterCard, PO's, Bank Drafts, 30 day net for approved accounts and
layaway orders we do not accept Pay Pal for any reason. Orders are accepted by
Telephone, Email and Fax if order is faxed or e-mailed we will call for your preferred
payment option. The privacy of our customers is very important to us and we will never allow
it to be released or sold for any reason your information is treated as if it were our own
personal information.
Returns
Okiedew Computers will accept returns only during the 10 days from date of order and only
for repair or replacement of defective parts. We do not offer refunds for any reason other
than we are unable to repair or replace the purchased item. Monitors-Brand Name
Computers-Printers are warranted by their respective manufacturers and they will handle
any returns or repairs for those items please contact the brand for technical assistance. If
the item is a custom computer from Okiedew Computers we handle the warranty and
technical assistance within our stated warranty period. All returns must be approved prior to
return no returns will be accepted without an authorization from Okiedew Computers first,
any exceptions will be solely at the discretion of Okiedew Computers. All returned items that
are found not to be defective will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not under any
circumstances warranty any item we sell that it is compatible with your computer as we
have no real way of knowing exactly what computer you have. Just being a Dell or HP does
not tell us any thing to properly decide on items such as memory and processors we have to
have the item number, serial number and model number of that unit.
Refunds
Okiedew Computers does not do refunds on computers, monitors, or printers, For major
brand name computers-monitors or printers or items damaged during shipping please
contact the respective manufacturers or the shipping companies for returns or damaged
restitution and under any circumstance we will not do any replacements on any item unless
notified within 10 days from date of purchase. On our custom computer we work with you to
make sure the computer is repaired back to new state during the warranty period.
All returned items that are found not to be defective will be subject to a 15% restocking
charge, the only exceptions to this restocking charge is if:
1. The part is DOA when received
2. We said it was compatible and it is not
3. We install the item and it fails within 10 days after that contact the manufacturer
4. We test the item on your computer and find it incompatible
5. We tell you it can be returned if it does not work when purchasing it.
