| The Fine Print Our service techs are fully trained and certified in the field of computer manufacturing , servicing ,maintenance, repairing, sales, networking, their background has been checked and are honest and straight forward We speak in plain everyday language you can understand and will answer every question you might have except how to repair a computer or network unless you are on our maintenance contract or purchased your computer from us and are calling in for phone tech support during the warranty period. We do not repair computers over the phone and will not give you advice about any programs or causes of you computer problems without actually seeing what the computer is doing I think you under stand that. We will however give you some scenarios of what it might be and an approximate price to repair, but keep in mind it is only an estimate until we actually see the computer in action. We have a minimum charge of 1 hour in shop for diagnostics and insurance estimates if we do the repairs or are selected to replace or repair the computer for the insurance company the 1 hour will apply to the total bill and will be shown as a credit of money paid and applied to the total bill . We do not do refunds so be sure that you are buying what you need at the time of sale, all special orders require full payment up front and there will be no returns or refunds on special ordered items. We do not warranty consigned computers or parts in any way what so ever. Okiedew Computers does not accept all requests for maintenance contracts if we feel it is not neccessary or we do not feel our company is the right one for you we will advise you of this . We do however offer advice on our web site (download section) on programs we have used and tested or that is highly rated by major PC magazines, but will not be responsible for adverse actions of any downloads. It's just the basics now lets have some fun.... |
